Absolutely No follow up
My daughter was having a lot of symptoms and our pediatrician referred us to NCH to Dr. Hall We got in fairly quickly, receptionist staff was amazing and the appointment went okay. She ordered a bunch of labs and stated she would be in touch after she got the results. If labs were bad, we would get more labs, if they were normal she would do a referral for another department as my daughter has previous labs that were abnormal and was symptomatic. It has been almost 3 weeks and no follow up at all. No call , No MyChart, No letter, Nothing. Luckily I am a RN and have MyChart access so I was able to see the lab and understand them, but am really disheartened that they allow pediatric symptomatic patients to go without their results, or any follow up from the ordering physician. I have reached out to another provider who has sent us a referral for another physician, luckily, but the ordering physician should have followed up. I do not recommend this physician for that reason.
