Dr. Lisa French, MD

My first video conference with Lisa French First, it took months just to get to someone to make an appointment. They put you on hold for hours, and they say you are in a queue and will call back, but didn't. I finally get an appointment, and to be honest, I didn't like her. She didn't take me seriously. She is the type that makes you never want to ask for help. It was like having a session with AI robot. She terrible at listening and understanding the issues. But, I agreed to go with her plan although I had taken the medication before and was unless. Then the internet went down and my session stopped. I called and waited on the phone for 2 hours, and tried to get them to call back. Nothing. Lisa French didn't care one way or another. I can't take this much longer, and there's no reason to keep doing this. You can't pay people for help. Nothing is worse than being treated like this. I will never ask for help again. I'll end it before living this rat race.

Lifestance as a whole is quite good. But stay far away from Dr. Lisa French. She is a terrible Dr and causes way more harm than good. She should have her license revoked. Do not under and circumstances take your child to her. You will end up in the emergency room multiple times due to wrong medications, interactions and she won’t EVER return your phone call or messages. Didn’t even answer or call back the ER Drs who are trying to save her patient. She is negligent at best.
