Dr. Lisa Evans, MD

This office used to have problems. Now its clean, well-run and Dr. Evans is simply awesome! You won't meet a more caring doctor.

Dr. Evans has always been fantastic, that's why you wait 2 months to get an appointment with her. She has a Nurse Practitioner, Pippa. I was ill the other day and the staff set a same day appointment for me with her. She was wonderful, so caring and kind.

Dr. Evans is probably OK as a doctor, but I was automatically reassigned to Evans after Dr. George left this office as did some other good doctors. The office is terrible. Staff is disorganised, reluctant, incompetent, rude. Terrible office logistics. They would never call you back even if the test results are warning. They never forward test results to other offices upon initial request. You need to call them and yell on somebody over the phone if you want something done. Stay away if you can.

My mom goes to Dr. Evans and we always have to wait 45 mins. or more past her appt. time to see the Dr. and they also left her in the room and totally forgot about her. Not a good practice. As for the staff I had made an apt. as well to see Dr. Evans and it was for 8:15. I called the office as a courtesy to let them know I will be 10mins late and the girl on the phone told me she would let the Dr. know. Not even 5 mins after did I get a call from someone else stating that I should reschedule

If you want a Dr. for physicals and check ups she's great! If you want a doctor who actually cares and is genuinely concerned about your health go elsewhere. Staff use to be great when Karen was the MA!She had great communication skills, very accommodating with appointment and knowledgeable. As well as the other young female who was an EMT. Once the office moved to Camino it went down hill. Horrible, rude secretary Allison. I switched to a different PMD who truly cares about my health!!
