Terrible
I’m a patient of Dr. Carbonell as well as Tiffany, the PA. They do not respond to your messages until weeks later. They don’t care about their patients.

Dr. Carbonell is a fake fluff. She says she was going to put me on BC and mail it out. Never did! After her requesting/ reviewing x-rays/ultrasound/CTs/MRI indicating a needed a hysterectomy she did absolutely nothing. She told me to take BC to buy me time until I reach menopause, then the pain will go away. I am 45. I have a huge fibroma, cysts, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, and living with chronic pain. I went to the ER, she was called and she did not show up. Pain meds were given and I was advised to follow up with her. She never got back to me. I have been under her care for over 3 yrs. I got fed up! Switched doctors, 1-6-22 I met my new OBGYN for the first time. I was prepared to wait for a process before I could get real relief. My new OBGYN physically examined me which BTW Carbonell NEVER did! 1-7-22 my new OBGYN PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY HYSTERECTOMY. My new OBGYN could not understand why Carbonell did not act faster.

Dr. Lisa Carbonell is very warm and professional. She sits with you and gives you her full attention. She listens and offers advice, feedback, and suggestions. Ultimately, she honors the final decision to rest with the patient.
