Initial visit I was given high hopes that my ear drum with a hole would be repaired with a myringplasty surgery. To my dismay, it did not. I had called the office on at least 3 separate occasions in pain. The last call they finally decided to see me. I explained that I had to keep a cotton roll in my ear while working due to fluid leaking out and that I was in extreme pain with zero sick days left. I was finally able to be seen and she glanced in said I had an infection finally put me on antibiotics and basically told me oh well that didn’t work, let’s send you to another doctor that can actually help you buh bye.I feel confidently that I was just $$$ and she was well aware the surgery was going to fail. Now I’m still left with a hole in my ear drum and in more pain than I was before.I never write reviews like this but if it saves someone from going through the pain I did, it’s worth it.Research your doctors and don’t always trust they have your best interests in mind.

Don’t let her touch your turbinates !! Dr. Lisa Ayers ruined mine . Nasal dryness, facial pain , headache, insomnia , ear fullness , breathing problems. You will not want to live anymore. I told her about my symptoms 6 months after surgery and she made a fool of me . Don’t trust her . She doesn’t care about your health . Money is her god . Find a university with a good rhinology department. Do your homework.

I will not be recommending Dr Ayers to any of my friends or family. I saw Dr Ayers 5 weeks ago and got blood work done and CT of my right ear. These tests were completed FOUR weeks ago and I have not been notified of ANY RESULTS. I called her office TWO times and was told that Dr Ayers needed to speak to the radiologist about my results..........again, FOUR WEEKS and no results. I wish I would have used a GEISINGER doctor for this. I could look up results myself in “my geisinger”.

After suffering for 6 months with a horrible sore throat with swelling on the right side of throat, I made an appointment. Dr. Ayers removed a tonsil mass. She was compassionate and caring. She called the next day to ask how I was feeling. I was afraid of what was going to be found after the biopsy. Dr. Ayers again called me with the results instead of waiting for my follow up appointment to give the results. I would highly recommend her!

This doctor was rude and egotistical. She had to prove she was the smartest in the room. She did not answer any of my questions. She told me that I needed a scan and that I didn't have a choice of facility. Nearly a month and a half later, her office still hasn't called with my results. Certainly sent me the bill though. The nurse and the one office staffer were the only tolerable people in that building.

Dr. Ayers being on-call, responded to my late night ER emergency at 3am to perform surgery to stop an unstoppable bleeding septum. She was very assurant of explaining the procedure. Follow-ups proved to be very successful and my nose and sinuses are now better than ever.
