Beyond Unprofessional
This woman is truly off her rocker. It took about 2 appointments for her to pull down the veil and start to display some really ethically questionable behavior. As an example, I have some childhood trauma and she told me point blank that I will likely develop Parkinsons. I was seeing her for Epilepsy. Run don't walk.

She spent 2 hours educating me on the use and effects of medicinal marijuana. In doing so, I've been able to achieve pain relief without feeling any mind altering effects of the marijuana. She's truly compassionate and understanding as a physician and person.

Dr.Avery is extremely professional and a knowledgeable. She has a fabulous grasp of many areas of medicine. She is hyper and that may have been misunderstood by the other reviewers.

Dr. Avery has terrible bedside manner and is super erratic and unprofessional. She made me really uncomfortable. I switched doctors after a second visit.

As a former patient, I realize what the difference between a Real Doctor who's Professional and Knowledgeable, compared to one who thinks they are knowledgeable, Dr. Avery is not even a Board Certified Neurologist. In my opinion, Dr. Avery is the latter, and one is better off looking for another Doctor.
