Horrible bedside manner
on a recent visit to San Antonio Eye Center, we encountered Dr. Kong. She was forceful and dismissive with my child, and outright rude to her physicians's assistant. She did not let us know the drop she was putting in my child's eye and it burned. She also seemed too rushed to actually care. My child's eye hurt more when we left the office and we will not be back. Not the right person to treat children.
