Excellent Surgeon and clinician!Though my medical need was pretty straight forward, it was sufficient to seek objective surgical expertise. Dr. Hsia and his team were very professional, patient, listened and were clearly spoken. In these matters, complete, objective and clear guidance is always appreciated. Dr Hsia provides this in a comfortable review of the matter at hand and encourages a patient - doctor decision process. This procedure was decided upon and conducted with an excellent result. This clinical team earns your confidence and delivers excellent medical care.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week now. Every time I call the number I was given, I get sent to voicemail. I have tried calling over 15 times at this point. This is extremely unprofessional. I am considering asking for a referral to a different office.

Great job on the Mohs Surgery. He got it with the first pass. Outstanding bed side manner. The procedure and side effects were well explained before the procedure began. I would ask for him again should I need this surgery again.

Dr. Hsia is now at MUSC in South Carolina. While I was nervous about Mohs surgery on my face, he put me at ease and did a wonderful job. The cancer is gone and after three weeks there is almost no evidence of surgery.
