Very caring and wants to find the issues
I got in within 30 minutes of my appointment time. She took the time to review the test results and came up with an action plan. Also she referred me on to 2 specialist for my conditions. I switched doctors afters 40 years with the same one and I was looking for a provider that would be the coordinator of my medical issues and that is exactly what I needed.

Avoid Dr. Whiteman-Brooks - HORRIBLE
I would avoid DR. Whiteman-Brooks at all costs. She will sit on lab results for days and days until you call and complain, and make the patient suffer unnecessarily because she is “too busy” to look at them and order appropriate medications. She will also purposely falsify your records to try and cover her own mistakes while she blames “her office” and her “staff” instead of taking responsibility.

She is terrible! She gives no explanation of your problems/injury or how to resolve and I think it is because she does not know. When asked a question, she won't give a clear answer. Rushed the appointment. Does not listen to patient. Forgot to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy and I had to wait additional days before getting some pain relief due to that. I left her office the most frustrated and disappointed I ever have after a doctor's appointment.

Unless you have a hour or two to wait, then she would be fine. I have waited over an hour for my appt. and that's not the first time. I've had at least 4 appts and each was a long wait time in the lobby.

She drained my sons finger from under the nail with no anesthesia, not even a localized shot for pain. My kid started crying as soon as she left the room. FINALLY , she did get him a pain shot and then wouldn't give an excuse for school. His arm developed red streaks the next day and she wanted to "admit him to the hospital" what she told me to do was to go to the ER and wait in line -that they wouldn't turn him away with red streaks. We had spent 6 hours there before coming to her office. COLD
