Made my newborn daughter strip naked then wait for TWO HOURS past her examination time in an icy exam room. Then came in and was very rough with my infant daughter, forcing her arms and legs in directions they're not supposed to bend. She seemed completely unfamiliar with even basic anatomy and joint articulation. Her office was a disaster with patient records and unfiled papers stacked almost to the ceiling, which is probably why she tried to double-bill me. She blamed the mess and the delay on a staff member who quit 6 months prior. Finally, she sent me out the door with instructions to feed my exclusively breastfed baby SUGAR WATER at least once per day and to not allow her to nurse until full. She is STILL sending me bills for a visit she was paid for nearly 3 years later.

I would never recommend her to nobody. She was double charging me for 2 years, also charging me for wellness visits. I changed doctors for my children. Now it’s been a year and she still doesn’t want to mail my children medical records over to their new doctor. She can’t be a woman and talk to me on the phone. She always have her stupid so called staff members, tell me they are going to call me back and never do.

Aside from the 4 hour wait time, how rough she was with my son, talking crap about employees while trying to listen to his stomach and heart, not even telling me what was wrong with him, inspecting his genitals after I asked her not to because he goes to a urologist (my son had a late circumcision), one of the nurses said she said he had a sinus infection and I'm on day 4 of trying to get a doctors note

She was amazing-I even have a Spanish speaking Nanny that comes to appointments with me and she speaks some spanish to her nurse helps (fluent nurse) and she makes sure all of our questions are answered. I guess that is why is is 95% in height and weight and shooting past all of the milestones because of the support and nurturing that Dr. York gives us and him!

Dr. York is a wonderful doctor. The wait time can be long but EVERY time my child is sick, I am able to get an appointment the very same day. Dr. York is excellent with my children and her staff is very caring any friendly. I am looking at some of the complaints and I feel the truth is being stretched a bit. I have NEVER had an issue with immunizations for my child and I am certain the staff knows what they are injecting each child with. They are there to help, not harm.

I highly recommend Dr. York! Yes, the wait time can be a little long at times but that's life. They are all really nice and care about their patients. She'll be the first to tell you when you meet her that she quirky and does things differently than most peds but that's why people still go to her. I'm a first time mom and pretty much question everything, they are always willing to hear my concerns and try to explain to me their reasons. She does have a lot of patients so she is in and out.

Wait time is extremely long. Dr. York leaves the room, and says, I will be back, and never comes back, so I don't get my questions answered. I have gotten wrong advice from staff members when my baby was just a few weeks old. I saw shots in the back that were not labeled and sitting on counter, and one nurse said does this shot go for so and so's room. A child could have gotten the wrong shot, or a young child going to the bathroom could have easily grabbed off counter. Wrong name on prescrip.

I have been to many pediatricians and I have not found one that I LOVE. I recently went to see Dr. York with my two children and I must say, she knows her stuff! The wait time was a bit long but worth every minute of it. This physician has no other MD in her office; therefore, I do expect that with all of the sick/well children assigned to her, my wait would not be 10-15 minutes! Compared to the 3 hour wait I had at our previous pediatrician, what I waited at Dr. York was not all that bad.

The wait time is extremely long. The nurses will not give any advice over the telephone, including what to do about a diaper rash. I never been able to get her or the nurses to call me back when I have called with questions. Last time, the nurses told me she wasn't in and doesn't take personal calls, when I asked them if I could leave a message to have her call me back. She didn't even show up to our last appointment. An hour later, her partner came into the room and looked at my children.
