I can not understate how grateful my family is for Dr. Hatzenbuehler. My son has a complicated diagnosis that could easily be written off and ignored if she wanted to (and may others have), but instead she patiently listens and answers questions after question. She never makes us feel stupid or that our situation is unimportant. When she doesn't know something she reaches out to experts and finds the answers, and QUICKLY. She works closely with our other doctors and is proactive. AMAZING!!
