Hard to make an appt
I have called the office twice and left a msg for a call back to get an appt. I will be a new patient……maybe. I can’t understand an office that does not answer the phone nor return msgs.

This Doctor in Los Alamitos is just for collecting money. Doctor referred there for hormones test because of hot flashes, hoping good counselling and desired test we went there. She just came in the doctor'e room ask what is happened then she said this and that. if she was not case related doctor why she accepted patient? why her receptionist call us for appointment? why they didn't check referral specification?? Neither counseling, Nor touch to the patient, Neither referral, Nor little advice no test. She gave about three sentences of non stop incurable, problems unrelated thoughts then left the room. Her receptionist took $100 as co-pay before hand then may be about $100 from HMO. still she is not satisfied and billing to home about $70. we don't know for what ????

She's a competent physician with a fairly good understanding of diabetes control. However I cannot say the same about her office staff. I have to call several times to get prescriptions refilled and with each contact I'm always reassured by her staff that they will take care of it and call the pharmacy. Unfortunately, most times they either forget or don't act like they care and so the pharmacy is never contacted. Due to their lack of responsiveness even CVS will not bother to contact her anymor

We have been seeing this Doctor for 2 years but I will not miss another visit. We will change to another doctor. Every time we arrive their reception staff is totally rude, they do not greet and they have very bad customer service. Every time we visit your office, they never send prescriptions correctly to the pharmacy, I always have to call back at least 2 to 3 times to send the medication, send it wrong, or the wrong dose, etc.

I was recommended to Dr.Wang by my gastroenterologist. She is a wonderful new addition to my team of doctors in getting my pain from my assorted disabilities, i.e. autoimmune diseases, NASH, Chronic Migraines, etc., under control. By controlling my diabetes2 through diet and medication, I have been able to lose weight and gain a little more energy to my day! (Every bit counts for a SPOONIE like me, with Fibro/Lupus/RA/OA!) I started out with injections and now only have to take pills! Woot!

Dr. Wang is a dedicated physician that is focused on diagnosis and treatment of the endocrine & metabolic systems. Dr. Wang was very helpful and understanding after my thyroid removal. She was patient with me and took several months to personalize the correct dosage of my thyroid medication. I appreciate her matter of fact approach to my medical care. She is friendly and has always answered my medical questions. Dr. Wang laughs and smiles when appropriate.

I was referred to Dr. Wang as a specialist in endocrinology. I had a 3:45 pm appointment and wasn't seen until 4:35. After being with me for a few minutes, Dr. Wang left the exam room and was gone for about 8 minutes without any explanation to me. Dr. Wang did not listen to what I was saying to her. She kept repeating the same information to me that was not relevant to the reason I was there. She seemed not to believe me when I provided personal history. Was a total waste of time and money

I have never been treated by a doctor the Dr Wang treated me. Very impersonal, did not believe my hashimotos side affects were real, even though most people with hashimotos exsperience them at some point. Went on Mayo Clinic website and they listed all the side effects I'm suffering from. If you are suffering from thyroiditist she is not the doctor for you. My last endocrinologist was very helpful, but I have changed insurance companies and can no longer see him.

If you are looking for help, kindness, compassion, listening skills, well then, this person is not for you. Don't go through the roughest time in your life and share with her, She just blankly, soullessly stares at you Be prepared to be a perfect type 1 diabetic and basically a robot, if not, Don't expect a humane response. In fact, expect for her to berate you and tell you she won't be your doctor any more. To top everything, she didn't know how to adjust/set my pump. Endo"cant"ologist

She was extremely rude to me, this is the second time i've left the office in tears. She kept accusing me of not taking care of my diabetes, deapite me telling her I intended to do so, and also the fact that I made an appointment shows my initiative. She continued to berate me and make passive aggressive comments for the rest of the session, before storming out and not coming back. I cannot believe she takes out her bad days on her patients, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Was not real impressed. Barely examined me, sent me for an ultrasound, then had me come back so I could pay my co-pay to have her read the report to me!! Then sent me out for biopsy. I worked for an endocrinologist years ago & he did all of his biopsies right in his office & I assisted!! No sending out to someone else. Just what does this doctor do? Sends you out for everything!!
