Both Dr. Villalobos and her staff go out of their way to make sure you are getting the right treatment. Don’t expect to be hustled in and out. They make sure your needs are met. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. V

They are out of a cute little office in downtown Fredericksburg, which is convenient for the days I take the VRE and have an Dr appt. The nurse staff also leave you with very caring impressions of them as well as the great care that the doctor gives.

Dr Villalobos and her staff are awesome! They are all very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Villalobos has a great bedside manner and always spends time with you during your office visit, no rushing during the visit. I highly recommend Dr Villalobos.

I've been Dr. Villalobos's patient for nearly a decade. She consistently provides patients with time-generous care and the utmost professional competence. She carefully listens to and works with patients on diet and lifestyle change for long-term health improvement, not merely prescribing a pill. Her current staff is competent and professional. Her practice is now transitioning to a new model; some remarks recently posted here seem to be unfounded criticism from persons unhappy with the changes.

Very sorry to say that this practice has tanked. I had the exact same experiences as two other reviewers here--numerous unanswered phone calls, poor or no responses to pharmacy requests. The nurse should avoid trying to draw blood, as she is downright dangerous. Is Doctor V even aware that her staff is totally incompetent? And I have just received an advertisement that she is going corporate as a boutique doctor. Patients will have to pay a fee just to be her patient. Sad indeed.

My husband and I have been going here for 3 years but no more! Staff/Doctors do not follow up and are completely overwhelmed. You can't even get them on the phone to make an appointment so I end up going in person to make an appointment. They encouraged me to use their in house lab for blood work but never told me it costs more than going to Lab Corp. On top of that the lady was so bad at drawing blood that my arm was completely bruised. Not enough characters to finish review!

I have called 6 times in the last 3 weeks seeking an appointment. I have never been able to speak with anyone, as the recording always indicates that the office is closed. I have left messages every single time and have NEVER heard back. I would suggest that you find a doctor and a practice that values your time and is actually interested in treating you.

Nearly impossible to make appointments, message always says office is closed. Had to go in person to schedule appointment. During appointment office was unable to draw blood, they blew 3 veins and then sent me to hospital to get blood drawn. Called numerous times trying to find out results of blood work but could never get thru becuase message always said office was closed when it was during normal business hours. I then had to take off work and go in person to get results of blood work.
