Leaking blisters on my abdomen saw her on March 28
First Todd was super! The office staff was very friendly. Dr Serrano knew exactly what was wrong. Referred me to a specialist and put me on an antibiotic ointment put it on for 2 days and leaking stopped!! So happy my I am dry!! Thank you Dr Serrano and Todd.

Dr Serrano treated me for an internal fungal infection and also for a mole on my chest that she removed but there was something else that was so urgent and she didn't pay attention to me which is I have keratosis pilaris and it's horrible it's out of control and I'm not getting any help for it all I got was written off on my face what about the rest of my body it's covered with k-pods one after another they're like in a roll that's driving me nuts that's why I'm only giving three stars and also her nurse Julia doesn't listen very well either but what she treated me for she did a good job about it except she didn't care to check me out completely for my keratosis pilaris which is all over me even in my mouth on my tongue I have bumps with hairs coming out of her whatever they are keratin pods I'll never forget that name it's been a nightmare for over a year I've been trying to get help on and off on and off and I had to wait three and a half months for Dr Serrano's appointment I know that there are a shortage of dermatologists and I understand that they're booked but there are emergencies anyhow overall I give her three stars thank you
