She is the reason I'm Leaving my PCP's office
She is the reason I'm Leaving my PCP's office. I had my Ibuprofen denied by Dr. Rollins as "she felt I shouldn't take it everyday and that I should take Acetaminophen instead". Acetaminophen does not work for me and my back pain as I have previously stated to Dr. Richardson and the APRN in previous visits and just in my last visit with Dr. Rollins. Ibuprofen is the only thing that works for me without going to stronger medication. I never received a call or message informing why she denied it. I had to call to ask why and she only have me the above statement. I don't understand how a provider could pay so little attention in a visit or "forget" to chart the information about our conversation about Acetaminophen. I will definitely be making sure to tell everyone to stay clear of this office and Dr. Rollins. I never had this problem with this office until Dr. Rollins got involved.
