There’s more than this web page regarding Dr. Ray. I wish I had read this one prior to my first visit. This is what happened to me 5-9-19: I called and told the receptionist I was seeking a female PCP. I called my insurance co. and they instructed me to pay my copay as usual and if I wanted to change to Dr. Ray to call back and they would send new card and document file. Previous NEGATIVE-reviews are true. She talked a lot about herself. When we started talking about me, she wanted to set me up with a specialist. I told her we couldn’t yet because she was not my PCP. She became furious and said she would not get paid for my visit. I told her I had paid the copay and tried to explain what the ins. people were going to do. She jumped up and told me she didn’t do “reviews”, that I was either her patient or not & stormed out of the room. I heard her outside the room and she was mad. She never returned. If you are seeking a doctor, go somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional.

I read the three reviews and I absolutely agree with two of them -- she talked about herself at length during my first appointment, only 15 min wait to be seen. The follow up appt, I waited in the exam room for over an hour. I heard her go into the room next to mine and was chatting happily with that patient, so I opted to leave without being seen. After I logged a complaint with the office manager, I promptly got a letter stating that she no longer wanted to be my physician.

The staff is wonderful. However, I have never been spoke to from anyone the way Dr. Ray spoke to me. She was very unprofessional and definitely has no couth. Will never recommend or be back.

Dr. Ray seemed friendly at first, however, I had to wait over 1.5 hours (naked under my gown for just a checkup) for her and when I explained that I was late for another appointment so if we could make it fast (she was talking a lot about herself) was told by Dr. Ray that in the United States (I'm from Europe) it is normal to have to wait for a doctor and if I didn't like it, I could leave. Well, at this point I'd been there for 1 hours and after being treated like that, I left.
