Dr. Linda Prentice, MD

This appointment has been a nightmare. I have gone here 2 years now. Both years I have mentioned having increasingly painful cramping. No other questions were asked about my situation. Both years I was told just to take Aleve. Aleve honestly doesn't phase them. Billing has been the worst nightmare ever. Seriously it took 7 months to get my account straight! Worst experience in my whole life! I would recommend never using this facility. Neglect on every level.

I love Dr. Prentice. It's nice to have a doctor who truly understands women's issue. I've had doctor's, but they've never experienced female issues; or can really relate to them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Prentice for 15 years. She delivered my two children. I will never be back. They ran two tests and never bothered to call me with results. I had to call many times over a month to beg for the results of a cancer test. That is cruel and negligent. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer pharmacies for refills. They just stopped caring in the last few years as the reviews show. Sad.

This office is very poorly run, every time I go there it takes forever. The doctors have been good so I kept going back since i only go once a year. I tried just tried to call to make an appointment for my daughter and the phone rang 20-25 times before I hung up and called again to be on hold for 15 min then it rang again for 20-25 times before i hung up. Will find another office.

Not bad if you need a pap smear but don't bother if you're pregnant. Doesn't matter if you come in once a week or once a year, her recollection of you will be the same. Also, her records are so poorly kept and incorrect that they're near useless.

Very kind and caring. Spent time with me after my well-woman and answered all my questions. I really liked her.

2nd visit appt for vaginal sonogram scheduled for 11:20 takes 15 min. Scheduled to see DR. 11:40 to go over test. At 12:15 still waiting, each time I asked they said they are cleaning the room . Finally put me in a room at 1:00 and said the doctor would be right in. 1:20 I walked out of the room , went to the desk and told them that I was leaving and to send my results to my Family Dr. They said they would send them right away. 3 wks and 9hrs of phone calls to get my test results to my Doctor.
