I have never had a such a wonderful experience with a Dr as I have with Dr. Liu. She listens while imparting her vast knowledge into your individual situation. She is 100% accessible at any hour of the day and every question is answered. If you want Skill, experience, compassion Dr. Liu is the Dr for you. She is truly amazing woman.

My experience with Dr. Liu was a prayer answered. Dr. Liu is one of the best doctors I have had in my 62 years of life. Dr. Liu is compassionate, patient, listens, is very intelligent, and communicates well. Dr. Liu made me feel vey comfortable and confident with our decision. She also included my husband in our communications. Dr. Liu was my second opinion. I'm so grateful that I was brought to Dr. Liu and her awesome staff. Dr. Liu goes above and beyond. I started out with weird symptoms in my nipple. Went to my gyn, cytology was abnormal, had an MRI (also abnormal) and was referred to Dr. Liu. I was immediately impressed with her quiet confidence and calm factual demeanor. She mapped out a plan, genetic testing, more tests and likely surgery. She felt that it might not be cancer, but I was having high risk symptoms that would have to be addressed. After the tests came in, she recommended surgery & warned that I might lose my nipple. Also, Dr. Liu called me personally with results and to discuss treatment plans. The next step was meeting reconstructive surgeons, again Dr. Liu was always available. I decided on Dr. Michael Meno and proceeded with both surgeons working together. Everything went fine and I ended up KEEPING MY NIPPLE!! She laid it all out there and through patient centric counseling considered my fears and wishes along the way. Dr. Liu is a very gifted and talented surgeon. She also is highly informed in all subject matters regarding Breast surgery and Breast disease including cancer as well as, an impressive educational background and experience . She performed my surgery in June 2024 in another city when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was terrified until my first appointment with her. She spent a good amount of time with me explaining everything that was going to happen, and what my prognosis was. After I left her office, I felt completely relieved and had hope for the future. Dr Lui is unbelievably thorough, humble and helpful. Unlike many doctors, she is accessible to her patients. She is a studying hand during cancer diagnosis and I would send absolutely anybody that I cared about straight to her door.

Worth the wait! I cannot say enough about my choice of surgeons. After being diagnosed with cancer, I obtained several opinions, but none were as thorough and comforting as Dr. Liu. I am now six months post op and doing great, she is truly AMAZING, a True Gem!

Dr Liu is amazing. She is an expert, listens, offers recommendations, uses visual aids to describe the tumor characteristics and treatment options. She is warm, compassionate and respectful. Her medical assistant Stephanie is also amazing as well and the office staff is warm and caring. I drive an hour each way to see her, that is how much I trust her expertise and clinical judgement. Dr. Liu took plenty of time to go over all the options for my wife's breast cancer. Went so far as to present to a peer review board to get a variety of opinions so we could make an informed decision as to the direction we wanted to take. Ultimately chose lumpectomy and radiation rather than chemo/radiation. Chemo would have killed my wife and we are forever grateful that this wonderful Doctor listened to our concerns. We would recommend her to anyone that wants an open and honest dialogue.

Dr. Liu was my Mom's breast cancer surgeon. She was absolutely amazing. Really, really on top of her game, but she's also very collaborative. There's not ego in it for her - she really wants the best outcome. She'd say things like "this is what I think is the best option, but if you were my sister, I'd tell you to get a second opinion. I'm not perfect, and it's important to get this right". If I could model a human to work with on *anything*, I'd start with her. Can't thank her enough.

Dr. Liu is well trained, compassionate, informed on the latest surgical techniques, attentive, warm, and caring. She individualizes her approach to patient care rather than giving each patient the same option. That is important as there are many factors to consider in treatment options. Dr. Liu guides you with information, yet allows the patient to decide what they are most comfortable with in the end. I'd recommend Dr. Liu without hesitation.

Her approach is informed, factual, warm, caring, and best of all individualized. Each patient appears to be treated as a unique person not a cookie cutter approach that churns anyone through the process. Dr. Liu is meticulous as a surgeon, careful and thorough, and trustworthy. I recommend her 110%.

I can't say enough about Dr. Liu and her staff. When a spot came back from a biopsy as benign but suspicious Dr. Liu did not accept that and wanted to find out what it was. Her persistence saved my life because it ended up being a rare cancer. Dr. Liu helped me decide on treatment plan, did an excellent job with my surgery and even helped me find other doctors to help with my care. She truly cares about each of her patients. She is a great listener and has a very calming demeanor.
