From the consultation through the procedure, I felt Dr Hsu was engaged in the task at hand. The first thing that struck me was how well she listened in the consultation. She was very professional throughout the procedure and took time to check in on me. I was very nervous going in, but Dr Hsu, Emily and Riley all did a phenomenal job keeping my mind at ease. I'm grateful for the care they provided.
