Horrible Staff
Can never get an appointment! Staff is horrible! I told doctor multiple times about the staff and she made excuses for them. She never followed through on medical issues due to staff incompetence. Never got test results. They failed to fill out paperwork needed for insurance. Waiting time hours long. This is not a good situation. Multiple medical issues were ignored.

Great doctor but incompetent staff!
She was a good Doctor but her staff failed her in so many ways. Incredibly incompetent, rude, argumentative with patients and each other. Will no return calls, fill paperwork or answer questions in a timely fashion. That’s for starters!!!

Patient that left after years! – Aug 07, 2023

My Husband and I were patients of Dr Hanna-Trad for 25 years, she is an excellent physician, but unfortunately we left her care due unable to get a hold of anyone, answering machine would keep saying office closed call again a male voice. It broke my heart to leave but after weeks of being unable to get our important meds filled we had to do something, even the pharmacy kept trying. I know she was having office issues because I worked my career in the medical field and she wanted me to work for her, but I did my time and was retired. I sure hope after 2.5 years that we left that she has her practice up and running again for I certainly wish her all the best. We do miss her dearly.

Doctor Linda is wonderful. Her staff is totally incompetent and can’t accomplish the simplest of tasks. They didn’t fill out my mother’s paperwork work for housing for the elderly even though they had it for months. Now her rent increases by $80 a month. That means the difference between medicine and food for some elder patients but, they don’t care. They lie and say it’s done and in the mail. It still has never arrived and is past the due date anyway. A bunch of lazy, incompetent people ruining a great doctors practice!!

After years of being Dr Hanna-Trade patient I was heartbroken to have to leave her. The frustration was causing my blood pressure to spike. You never get a phone call about test results, you seldom get a return phone call, you never are able to schedule an appointment, the billing is messed up, receptionist can be very rude and short. So many mistakes. I have tried so hard to stay with her because she knows her medical stuff. However, part of running a business is staff and returning phone calls and scheduling appointments. But if the doctor orders a test they should get back to you or at least return your phone call when you keep calling to find out the results. So disappointed that through all these years an efficient office staff cannot be hired and the doctor can have help with organization.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hanna for almost 10 years. She is a very thorough doctor and a very nice woman as well. It pains me to say that I can barely recommend her anymore. The problem is not when you see her, she spends plenty of time with you and orders appropriate tests, etc. The issue that I have is with follow up things. It's next to impossible to get test results and lab work. Even a prescription refill is an act of congress at times. I don't know how much is on Dr. Hanna herself, and how much blame goes to the office staff. I wish Dr. Hanna would hire a NP or PA and competent front desk staff to restore her practice to the way things used to be,

Very thorough! Caring. I'm not going to lie, the wait time for her is extremely long, but worth it. I'm currently trying to get in touch with her, however, I can't seem to find her new address and number. Last I knew, they were in Pawtucket and the day I went they stated they were moving back to original location next to Lady of Fatima the following day. If anyone could provide her new contact information that would be great!

Where to start?? Incompetent staff who can't take your blood pressure or schedule your appointments. Long wait time. I'm not even exaggerating when I say the office changes locations EVERY YEAR, so don't go to her only if you like the office location because it WILL change again. Will tell you to go elsewhere to have something checked out then never call you with results. Will ask personal questions that have no medical relevance, and write down what you say. Just don't go to her, please.

Dr. Hanna-Trad is very caring, knowledgeable physician. I have nothing negative to say about the doctor. Just a warning if you are in a hurry and want a physician who will get you in and out then this is not the physician for you. Dr. Hanna-Trad is a very thorough and dedicated doctor who will take her time to make sure you get the correct treatment for you.
