Experience involved an ER visit for what I thought was appendicitis but turned out a large cyst on my ovary & a referral to see my ob/gyn. It was a Saturday and pain was bad, waiting until Monday to even talk to someone seemed agonizing. I called office on Sunday and was able to talk that day to Sally who had her office scheduling additional tests etc at 8 AM Monday. Amazing compassion when a day or two wouldn't change anything except my anxiety level. Awesome teamwork and patient care! Thanks!!
