I have been a patient of Dr Babbitt at Juniper Springs internal Medicine since the summer of 2020. I really appreciated her listening to me and helping me with my thyroid and other issues. At my first several appointments, she took the time to inform and educate me on current thyroid research that she uses with treating her patients. Dr Babbitt uses patient’s monthly lab results and clinical symptoms for adjustment of thyroid medication. This is a process that takes time. Through the covid time, I have done monthly televisits with Dr Babbitt, which have worked out great. The staff has been exceptional and easy to work with. If you are the type of person who needs quick answers to issues in one or two visits, this is not the doctor for you. If you are a person who appreciates a thorough doctor who uses current research and studies and educates patients with ongoing monitoring of your thyroid issues, then this is the doctor for you.

Hard to get ahold of them. The lady who answers the phone after hours is VERY rude. she will ruin your day for no reason.

I have always had to wait at LEAST 30 minutes before she even came into my room. I understand she is knowledgable, but she spends so much time talking about irrelevant information-she likes to hear herself talk, which makes sense considering she is a former attorney. All she did was keep upping my meds and refused to let me try a natural thyroid. She IS really good about doing thorough bloodwork and ran any test I asked for. So there's that. But every appointment took nearly 2 hours between the UNGODLY amount of time I had to wait for her to stop going on and on with the patient next door, to the immense time she spent talking about extra stuff during my appointment. I don't have time for that kind of poor management at every single appointment. I am seeing a new doc next week.

Dr. Babbitt does not listen to her patients, patient’s family or anyone else but herself. My family is full of nurses and when we call a doctor, it’s because it’s desperately needed not for kicks and grins. I absolutely do not recommend this woman as anyone’s provider and only hope she treats others better than she has us.

I have been seeing Dr. Babbitt for a couple of years now. She always takes time to listen to my issues, explain her decision-making process, and provide further reading/resources if I want to read more. Above all, my symptoms are all under control. I have been very pleased with Dr. Babbitt's care.

Dr. Babbitt has been a great help to my mother and recently myself. I get a lot of information about any problems I've been having and as we work to adjust med. levels, quick appointments to get in and get levels checked and reviewed.

I went to Babbitt for 3 years for hypothyroidism.I wanted to understand what was going on with me so I asked a lot of questions, she could only repeat the same information over and over again. When I continued to ask questions she got short with me and eventually told me to go to another doctor.I didn't have insurance so I asked her about the generic, she told me no, Synthroid was the only one to take, the generics were no good. Through my research I found that was not true.
