So Disappointed! She was Not Listening to Me..
Today I had my second appointment with Dr. Rodriguez. I was looking forward to it, to help resolve another issue I had gotten since seeing her last. I understand this was a follow up from my nerve test, etc. but I was trying to get help for a new issue and she just would not go there so therefore I would not and will not see her again
What went well
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions

Disagree with Negative Reviews
I have seen Dr. Rodriguez twice. I will admit, the first time she seemed a bit standoffish, but she did not rush me in any way, and she addressed all my concerns. However, the second time I saw her she was much more personable and spent a lot of time with me reviewing my tests and diagnoses as well as treatment plan. She even took additional time to discuss other personal issues I was having that could be impacting my health and increasing my symptoms. I understand that patients want their doctors to be personable. But I would rather have an extremely competent and qualified doctor then one who is all warm and fuzzy. Personally, I think she was extremely kind and patient with me once we had established. Perhaps on the first visit she was more concerned with getting a proper history and completing her assessment than being worried about being my friend. I would recommend her without hesitation as she has helped me tremendously!!

the worst service of this Doctor 0% empathy, 0% professionalism, NEVER go to see her, she doesn't know how to treat her patients, she is so rude and grocery and she doesn't have the correct manners to talk and ask about the symptoms of her patients neither. Definitely the WORST doctor in the city

I've been struggling with epilepsy for years. Seen so many neurologists. Dr. Rodriguez is so attentive, professional, she goes far and beyond trying to stop my seizures. She is very knowledgeable and innovative. I highly recommend her.
