Dr. Lily Sabouri, DO

My husband got a much more thorough first visit than I. She acted almost afraid to come near me. Didn’t touch my spine or do tests when that’s why I was there. Husband got whatever he needed. I did get one referral….to the wrong dr. Didn’t go back after my husband’s appointment was so different.

Don't feel valued

Dr is awesome I love her she takes very good care of me

We don't feel that dr actually listens to us and we often feel that she understands

Finally! A Dr. who actually listens, her office staff is great, and I don't like Dr's! I don't like going, and it is nice to find someone that actually looks you in the eye. I had a great visit, she is detailed, asked me questions, very concerned about me, NOT THE CLOCK! Thanks!

Dr. Sabouri always listens and is concerned about your health. These kind of doctors are hard to find. She is kind and thorough. A lot of times the medical facilities require these doctors to see so many patients per hour. I don't know how they do it. I always recommend Dr. Sabouri for people who need a great family doctor.

I recently visited Lilly and her so call dr’s office. My appointment was at 8 am. I arrived at 7:50 am and was the first one to sign in. The office assistant called upon me to verify my info again then told me to sit back down, and they will be with me approximately 10-15 minutes. 8:15 I would brought back in, got weighed in, took my pulse and blood pressure. The nurse then told me the doctor will be in shortly. Doctor didn’t arrive till 8:45 am. I came early and was first there and didn’t see a doc till 8:45 am! She came in with her computer shut down and preceded to tell me this. I asked her if she received my blood work and she started making excuses that because I didn’t do them in bay city that they did not receive them. I got up and told her I will never come back here again. She is the absolute worse doctor I have ever met. This happened to me last year as well and ignored it. It also happened to my wife, but she was the smart one and switched doctors right away. An hour later I called my previous doctor to schedule an appointment for next year. The office assistant told me that my blood work is there and told me what I needed to hear. Let me repeat this, my previous doctors office saw my blood work, the office I haven’t been to in two years saw my blood work and went over it with me. Lilly, go ahead and charge this visit I don’t care. You deserve it this review for all I care. Good riddance

Dr Sabouri is always thorough! She always reviews my chart and discussed meds. She was recommended to me by my daughter. Have been going to her for the past 5 years.

I went to see her due to strong recommendations by friends whom have been her patients for a long time.

I started going to Dr. Sambouri about 2 1/2 years ago. She is very professional and always explains how to improve my physical health. The staff is friendly and helpful with everything I might need explained. After visiting her office for about a year I switched my 2 kids and wife over to see her as a family doctor too. I would recommend any family to trust in everyone’s professionalism at her office. Thank You
