Dr. Lilliam Lemell-Caraballo, DPM

Let me start saying that this was my mother’s first and last visit at this doctor. This week my mother (70 yrs old +) had an appointment and as anyone else could have, she had a question/doubt about coverage and copayment, so she called her insurance to see if she had the money for the copayment. The secretary and this doctor found out my mom called to inquire. When it was my mom’s turn and got to see the doctor, she started insulting my mother and making her feel like trash because my mother called her insurance. My mother got frozen and didn’t know how to defend herself, all her reaction was to start crying and apologize to them, even that she didn’t had to. My mom is the most kind and humble person you can ever imagine. What was the doctor trying to hide? Why did you have to treat her like that? It's been two days and she still hasn't been able to recover from this situation. Dra. Lillian Lemell, I hope this is the last time you treat any of your patients like this. Shame on you!

So far I haven't deal wt her but the receptionist is a miserable one!! Got no courtesy and if i go by that I'll never come back I'm giving her The doctor the benefit of the doubt ????????

Never got to see the Dr after 2 hr wait because of paperwork issues! The receptionist was hostile from the start, non cooperative and wanted to issue another appointment. I refuse to go back! This is my 90 yr old mom’s second appointment and the first experience was even worse!
