She was a bit harsh at first, and took a very long time to see me. but she was very kind and understanding when we got further along into my visit. at one point i broke down crying in the exam room because i was overwhelmed with pain and confusion about my anxiety-induced vertigo, and she was extremely comforting and kind to me even though we had no prior relationship. She was also very thorough in ruling out other possibilities for my diagnosis. I had a good experience with her overall.

I would not recommend Dr Xu. She is quite rude and impatient.
