I finally realized about the low score....the front desk lady is rude and has heavy accent that slightly influence the communication efficiency & accuracy. Her rude attitude including "you don't tell me what we are" ( when I asked them if they are my in-network providers since it appears on my end) and the taunt tone definetley make me want to escape from this clinic. Patients with mental health are vulnerable when they seek for help, and the front dest should not be like this even if she is treating a normal, self-esteemed person. I strongly suggest that do not call them if you are not in a relatively steady and happy mood....but again, what will be the piont to see the doctor if you are steady and happy?

Empathic and Knowledgeable!
Dr. Lidagoster was generous with her time and was empathic and careful in thinking through the right course of medication for a geriatric patient. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a very patient and helpful way. I'm glad to have found this doctor!

Nasty and Arrogant
Dr. Lidagoster diagnosed me correctly but tried to pressure me to take medications that were 1. dangerous in terms of side effects and 2. not appropriate for Bipolar Disorder, Type 2. She is also unprofessional and even cruel at times. Not recommended!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lidagoster for many years now. Her sessions with me along with the medications that she has prescribed have been very beneficial in improving my condition. Prior to seeing Dr. Lidagoster, I was under the care of many other psychiatrists and had minimal success. If I ever need help with anything, including prescription refills, she and her staff are quick to get back to me. I highly recommend Dr. Lidagoster.

From the time I walked in I felt like I was in a safe haven and that there was hope. I felt her trust when I walked in and like I could truly get help here. All of the staff listened empathetically even though I was sorting through some thoughts and realities were hard to explain or figure out. I like that they respected me and never treated me like a patient or like I was crazy or like my experiences weren’t valid. They always validated my experiences which made me feel understood but then recommended a treatment plan that could assist me with my suffering. Since I trusted them I was more willing to be open to the treatment which ultimately helped me in the end. I’m still grateful and the psychotherapy sessions is what’s so special about this office they truly take the time to listen to your progress. This assisted me during the pandemic because it was a traumatizing experience, knowing there was someone on the line to hear my weekly progress or setbacks made me feel supported.

I have been seeing Dr. Lidagoster for a few years now. She has been a fountain of support and encouragement. She spends a long time talking and explaining things for me and is a very empathic listener. She goes out of her way to make sure I get my medications on time, including calling insurance companies to get prior authorizations. She has been supportive with writing letters for work so I can have the time to make it to my doctors appointments and be able to keep my dog as an emotional support animal. I would highly recommend Dr. Lidagoster to any one who wants a warm and caring doctor who takes her time listening to concerns and finding solutions.

I've been seeing Dr .Lidagoster for more than one year and I found her being a good listener, professional and trustworthy. Our session were long conversation over the phone because of the pandemic and also long distance. Any way Dr Lidagoster helped me through a difficult time and made me overcome my anxiety by prescribing the right medication and listening to all my concerns. Her office it's easy to reach and flexibility with the appointments. I would gladly recommend Dr Lidia Lidagoster to anyone that needs help.Da

I love Dr Lidagoster. I’ve never understood these low ratings or angry reviews. Since switching from a male grumpy psychiatrist to Dr Lidagoster, my life has improved tenfold under her council. She’d be my best friend were she not my shrink. And she is very professional in terms of sending my scripts to the right pharmacy in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Realized when I got my statements that she was committing blatant insurance fraud-would see me for 5 minutes to refill my meds but bill my insurance for an additional 45 minute therapy session. I waited for over an hour at every single visit because she was consistently booking more patients than she could possibly realistically see for the amount of time billed.

All this woman cares about is money. She will forget your name even if you have been seeing her for many years; she will forget what medications you are on because she takes NO notes after intake as a patient. She expects the patient to keep track of their own medications. She will cancel appointments without letting you know and leave you waiting up to 3 hours for those she doesn't cancel. She will not respond to pharmacy requests for medication renewals or to your emails; leaving patients in dangerous withdrawal. She will not respond to messages regarding serious medication reactions including suicidal ideation. How she still has a license and is able to practice is beyond me. Be VERY careful if shes the only psychiatrist you can find accepting patients.

WORST DOCTOR EVER! 1) Over 30 minutes late for video appt 2) In middle of session left for 15 minutes to make a phone call 3)During sessions: distracted, never listened or paid attention, Did not deny these things when I called her on them 4)She lives behind a wall that nothing penetrates; not the truth rooted in reality, not common sense, no commitment to good medicinal practices. Completely impervious to suffering 5) Example: She knew for years before seeing her I was on high doses of 2 medications for major depression, which helped me. The first session she abruptly discontinued both. She did not taper the doses down over time, did not replace them with something else. One day I was taking them and the next day I wasn’t. Overnight this caused me to plummet down into the depths of depression and despair. The spiral downwards was so steep, abrupt, & complete, I became completely nonfunctional. The suffering & agony were so intense I didn’t think I'd survive. She just didn't care.

I wish I could give this practice ZERO Stars! They are Money Hoggers Liars! I am reporting this office to the Board of Psychiatry! She refused to fill my prescription because I wouldn't make two appointments in a month! How many appointments does one need for a prescription refill!

Dr. Lidagoster's patience and demeanor is excellent. She is highly attentive and dedicated, and I've always felt that she's gone the extra mile to determine how I'm doing, even when all I needed was a scrip refill. She evidently treats everyone this way, which can sometimes cause a backlog. While that's not perfect, I'd rather have an attentive doctor than one who rushes me out the door.

I wish I could give zero stars. I'm sitting in the waiting room--again--approaching an hour past my appointment time. This is, unfortunately typical. She usually runs around 2 hours late. I always forget just how bad it is until I return. Never again.
