Excellent Dr very caring and knowledgeable
Dr Klepacz is extremely knowledgeable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely reassuring. She took care of my mother in the emergency room and went out of her way to meet us there. She is an excellent communicator. She is clear and extremely personable. It is no wonder that she is heading up, the psychiatric emergency room at Westchester County Medical Center. I will never forget her kindness and reassurance. I don’t know where my mom would be today. If it was not for her. she opened the door for the clinic by providing information and the phone number to secure an appointment at the psychiatric clinic. Individuals with psychiatric issues are often shuffled around and it is hard to find care. I am forever grateful for meeting her. She has assisted me so much with my mother..
