Starting 2021 Many Ins Companies are Now REQUIRING "Prior Authorizations" on Many Meds that they were Paying for years before. I was VERY Scared because a Med that WAS Covered by my Ins for Years Now NEEDED Dr. Alberts "Prior-Auth" or I would HAVE TO PAY around $200 for a 30 Day Supply! I Didn't know about this Change Until 2 HOURS Before My Appt with Dr. Albert! HE GOT RIGHT ON IT! By the time I crossed the street to my pharmacy He Had ALREADY Contacted them & my Ins Company to Make Sure They would Cover that certain medication... all I paid was my Co-Pay! WOW! He has been my PCP for many years & I've NEVER wanted to change doctors! Thank You Dr. Albert!
