Save your money and time.
First visit - less than a minute with the doctors assistant. I answered 2 questions and she said there's nothing the doctor can do for me right now and to come back. She never checked or looked at anything. I didn't even get to sit in the chair in the room and she was on to the next patient. Doctor never saw me. I was referred to him by another local doctor. Save your time and money

Bad Office Ethics
Had to wait over an hour several times on a scheduled appointment. Was supposed to get a call back after a cyst removal but nobody did. Even after his wife assured me twice that they would. Other issues also. Just a bad office in general.

Won't go there again. FIRST and LAST time.
They took me the same day which I was happy about. However, you don't get any paper work summary of the visit, when I called to ask for one, they send me a history and summary of the application I have filled out. Several of the information was wrong which I indicated over the phone. I requested another document needed for work a number of times, I never received it. Instead, I get a bill in the mail. Staff is very, very unprofessional: Talking in background upon answering, don't answer professionally, you get put on hold a few times while trying to get the message across and need to repeat the message as different people answer. As I was telling about the wrong information that got put on my history (application they sent me), one staff with an accent argued with me that they are right. She got loud and defensive even though I have a document saying wrong things about my health. It was my first time and last time I will go there. I don't recommend this office to anyone.

Second time my daughter went to him and again he was terrible at determining what she has. Basically said it was dermatitis which could be anything. Did Teledoc and they actually figured it out. How can you be a dermatologist and not know what you’re looking at!!!! Never again

First appointment with Dr. Li upsetting. Waiting room full. Obviously overbooked. Impossible to social distance. Observed man returning envelope addressed and mailed to him with someone else's info inside. As office became more chaotic I requested call on my cell and spent 45 minutes outside. No one's temperatures taken until back in cubicle. What happens if someone's temp is abnormal? Do they alert everyone they were waiting with for almost an hour including those who already left? Door of cubicle left open because air conditioning not working. While waiting 15 more minutes I could hear personal information from other cubicles. Actual appointment good. Dr. Li friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff friendly, but overworked and poorly trained. Office showed lack of concern for the safety of patients. Almost non-existent Covid 19 Safety precautions including not thoroughly cleaning clipboards, pens, chairs, cubicles after use. I feel I was put at risk for coronavirus infection.

I waited for 70 minutes past my appointment time before giving up. I have no idea how good of a doctor Dr. Li is, but he clearly has no respect for his patients.
