Dr. Li Jiang, MD

Disgusting office! They do not take our insurance anymore of HBCBS and I asked for our medical records to be sent asap since my child needs immediate care and they did not send it stating I need to send them 10 dollars to fax it to the new doctor!!! I don’t care to send the 10 dollars but why are they delaying my son’s care for it!!! They should send our records asap especially since they are the ones that now can’t provide services!! They also have no clear way to provide the fee except to drive there! I am filing a complaint under medical records under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Their medical care was also a joke and they do not provide serious pediatric care and usually dismiss child and parent complaints as growing pains or being just a kid. The front desk is unorganized and a mess.

The office (Hillsborough, NJ) made it extremely difficult for us to obtain medical record information and this really put a damper on the whole experience. I wouldn't go to this office again for anything.

Dr. Jiang's very accommodating with delaying vaccine schedule and doesn't bully, manipulate or lie to parents about vaccines. This was in 2014/2015 not sure if things have changed but she is accommodating, however I don't agree with how expensive it is for receiving our Childs' medical records (30.00) at the time I see price has gone up.

Dr. Jiang is a great doctor. She has been the Pediatrician of my two kids for many years. She is very professional, acknowledgeable, friendly, and reliable! She always takes patient's health as the number one priority. Recently, we came to her clinic for Covid-19 test twice due to that I had a little fever. We were treated by Dr. Conlano, He is very professional, skillful, and very patient. He explained each step along the way and was very detail orientated. The testing was relatively quick. We have great experience with him. We are glad that Dr. Jiang and Conlano provided the excellent service to us.

I normally drive one hour to bring my son to her office. It's worth it. She's a great doctor.

I am very upset because this doctor does not do anything for her patient just charges the insurance companies. She is so incompetent and negligent. I regret ever taking my daughter to see her and allowing her to boss me around.

Though Dr. Jiang was a pretty good doctor. It was her staff that made us have to leave her practice. I called to cancel and reschedule our daughters 1 year check up. Not only did they say they will not cancel it, but also they weren't going to reschedule our daughter's appoint. Gave us no reason as to why they wouldn't and then when I tried to figure out why, they hung up on us. Very rude front desk and it wasn't the first time. We had enough of that!

As a former employee at this practice, I would definitely not recommend this doctor to be anyone's primary care physician. I have witnessed multiple accounts of Dr. Li Jiang consciously deciding to sacrifice the convenience and well being of her employees as well as her patients in an effort to increase the profitability of her own practice. Simply inquire as to why the turnover rate is so high for her workers, and you will uncover a plethora of various wrongdoings on her behalf.

Here are some of the many reasons I left this doctor's office, and would not recommend ANYONE 1. The Doctor does not listen. She kept insisting I use Aquaphor on my daughters severely dry skin, after I had informed her that it did not work, and it caused her skin to turn red. 2. The office appears old, dirty, and does not have hot water.(What kind of "Doctor's office" does not have hot water at their facility)!?? 3. My mommy intuition!!!! 4. Bad reviews from other parents that also left.

Dr. Jiang went out of her way to advise myself and my daughter regarding her swoolen face due to a problem with a crown recently put on her tooth. We were in TX at the time to attend a wedding. Her diagnosis was correct. My daughter's dentist agreed on the antibiotic also. Thank you Dr. Jiang! Mary Hammill, Largo, Fl

She charged me 50 dollars for a copy of my sons immunization record that he needed for camp. When I spoke with her about the unfairness of this fee she said she was upset that I paid with a debit card and should of paid cash!? No one should be hussled by their medical doc.
