Corporate practice. Runs like a factory. Very difficult to get a new patient appointment. Virtually impossible to schedule a procedure with spend a vast amount of time on the telephone and emailing

Dr. Felder is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had !!! He takes excellent notes , is very attentive, kind & caring, and is very respectful to how I handle my healthcare decisions. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. Great doctor !!! I’m so lucky I found him.

Impossible to get results for tests. I’ve been calling the office. Left 3 messages to request the results of a test and still didn’t receive any call back. Tried making a follow up appointment with the doctor because I am experiencing bad stomach problems and I was told the fastest appointment is in 3 months from today. It is such a pity because the doctor is excellent and is most likely losing patients because of his staff

Dr. Felder is great and amazing!! He is our doctor for the last many years but sorry, his office is a disaster...I am schedule for a endoscopy this coming Monday. No one can tell us for the last week if the anesthesiologist is accepting my insurance. We went to the office and met with one of the girls for 1 hour and called the office several times over the last week. As of now assistants are so unresponsive. Very irritating and inconsiderate!! We just canceled my appointment for Monday.

It is impossible to get through to talk yo someone at the office! I have been calling for 3 days trying to reschedule my appointment! They don’t puck up and ask you to leave a message and Never call you back. Today I was not even able to leave a message cause the mailbox was full! This is the worst experience I had so far with a medical office. I have not even seen the doctor yet as i am a new patient but this already tells me that i should probably look for a different doctor. Not a good experience!

Dr Lewis Felder hurt me years ago and hurt me for life . He had no compassion or understanding.

Dr. Felder is great. He is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Plus he's not to hard to look at either.

I love Dr. Felder's friendly-make you feel comfortable approach. His explanation are thorough and he actually listens, not talk over what I saying. He gives options that I can pick and choose, as opposed to this is what I am telling you -- take it or leave it. I highly recommend Dr. Felder!

Doctor felder is great, he cares for his patients! He looses 2 stars because of his staff. Unfurtunately couldn't say same about his office team. Bad service, faces all the time, it took a week of me calling after to get them to sent out my prescription to pharmacy and i still cant get them to email me my result. {Dora mistakenly sent the study of 2018 instead of 2020 and didnt sent my medicine out when she said she was. Had to call her twice after i went to pharmacy 2 times to be told nothing was called in from dr. Felder} I'm still waiting for my results and having to call everyday (as if it was an easy task with no one answering the phones. (They're rude and act like they're doing you a favor) if it wasnt for how good and knowledgeable dr. Felder is I wouldnt return. What a shame he personally deserves 5 stars. But can left the rest of the bad experience unsaid

He has a great bedside manner but everything seems rushed. He doesn't take the time to thoroughly investigate the cause of your symptoms. Would not recommend him if you're looking for a thorough workup.

My experience had been horrifying ! I have been trying to talk to a human for two days to try to see if Dr Felder’s way of practicing fits my life .No human person is available to talk and for that matter even to make an appointment. There is no call back as promised no matter what time of the day you call you get a voicemail it’s the most exasperating ,and horrifying displayOf 21st century in personal Communication. I would love to get someone’s attention because I understand that he may be a fair physician but I’ll never know I suppose .

Dr. Felder is great, can't be better!! But sorry, his office is a disaster...assistants are very rude and 1 hour waiting for the nurse after you see the doctor is just unnacceptable. Very irritating and unconsiderate.

Saw Dr Felder for what I thought was a serious problem but Dr was so caring or comforting -made me so much as ease until results were received

Dr. Felder is an experienced and great doctor. But more than that he is a wonderful human -being. We feel very lucky to meet him and be treated by him. I recommend him !!

This guy has an excellent bed side manor -- I could not have been put more at ease.

I had a problem with my voice that everyone told me was acid reflux. He performed an endoscopy and had to argue with the labs to show them that they made a mistake in their testing to show me I had a fungal infection that was easily cured, with no lifetime change in eating habits required. He restored my voice, and I am very grateful. He is smart and thorough and respectful. I regard him very highly.
