Dr. Lev Simkhayev, MD

After searching for a doctor that would accept my husband's insurance i found Dr Lev. We like the fact that he is a single dr office. His staff is amazing and helps you with any prescription refills, filling out paperwork, etc. Dr Lev takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. Giving easy to understand reasons, explanations. Easy to get appointments on short notice, easy to move an appointment. Lab services in office make it easy to get testing. I will now start using him as my PCP

This doctor does not care about his patients. He is heartless and completely unavailable. My mother was dying in Raritan Bay Hospital while I was abroad and he did not care to speak with me or anyone else of her relatives. I begged his office to speak with him to find out what was happening with my mom, and after multiple attempts to reach him, I was told by his office that if I call next day at 11 am, the doctor will speak with me about her condition. At 9:06 am the next day, I received the call from the hospital that my mother passed away. She was in a critical condition which the doctor did not bother to tell us. How can someone so heartless practice medicine which is meant to help people?

Bad and unpleasant experience every single doctor visit. Unfriendly staff who will give you attitude out of nowhere. The doctor himself is not helpful and not nice to talk to, makes you not want to trust him with your health problems. Basic things like regular hand hygiene and wearing gloves is unheard of. Over all bad experience...

He is the best doctor I ever had I have crap ins and he still takes his time and I can be a pain other docs dropped me not him he gets all the docs u need when ur in the hospital he cares and comes each day 2 see u he came 2 the Dr 2 see my husband and he did not no him what doc do that none but he did he took his time use this doctor he cares and is the best

Very nice people front desk, doctor spend his time, even I did not have an appointment, I was not rushed at all, they took me right away. Very recommend this doctor, you can see he knows his job and look like a professor. Very nice office, very nice nurse and front desk lady. I was very happy with my doctor and treatment I got here. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He does not listen to you, and he gives you medication you have allergies to. So he gave me 3 other medications to take to cover that. I think not. Pluse medication that the first thing it says May cause death! Omg really!!!. And you have to do everything cause he does not have enough staff to do it. So when you call to get things done the other people ask questions you can't answer. Poor poor doctor. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!!!.

office staff are rude and unhelpful. Dr is unhelpful, doesn't return calls, doesn't communicate. Overall poor level of competency.

The receptionist here is the rudest, most incompetent person I have ever experienced. How someone like this has a job is beyond me. Stay away and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.
