Dr. Lev Goldiner, MD

He was awful . I went to him for migraines , he ordered an MRI and did so after I changed insurances . Had to wait on insurances , Had Solcum Dickson pain clinic order the MRI, got the results in February was supposed to go to him to read the results , went to make an appointment and the lady on the ask my name, I gave it to her and she's like I'll call you back if the doctor wants to see you ,we won't make an appointment now and hung up on me. It's now June 13 and I haven't heard from them at all. I had my primary doctor's office call them and they ignored them as well. Never go to this guy or place as they are all unprofessional.

Did a Spinal Tap and let the fluid lea out on to the table because he was too busy talking. Also did not preform test correctly to get all the needed tests requested, including LYME.

9/20 Have been taking my 84 year old dad there for 6 months for axonal neuropathy in legs. Yesterday, waited 50 minutes in one of the rooms without one darn person coming in to say why Goldiner was so behind. Went out to the inner receptionist area and that girl behind the desk was the rudest and most unprofessional person i have ever seen! Barks out to go sit somewhere, couldn't even ask my question on the delay. So, my dad walked out. Lauren Pugh, PA is very good-I highly recommend her- But not Dr Goldiner- your just a number and he doesn't listen- hardly even looks at you. My time is just as important as his- This is the next day- think his office would call or follow up?? Hell No- they Do Not Care! The outer office-, Sejha(sp?) is good on follow up and being professional. I recommend going elsewhere- Oneida has a very good Neurologist that I'm gonna see if dad will go to.

Can I say this rating is not for the dr. However the staff in his office are very untruthful, dishonest, and no professionalism, there is not ethics, none of it. I was at the office waiting for the physician for 40 min and went across the hall to the window to find out how much longer I had to wait, during this time they called me and I didn’t hear. The receptionist was suppose to call them and never did causing me to wait another 25 min. Then they said I would not be seeing me.

Would never in my life recommend this neurology office - the office staff will ruin this clinic. If you can ever get a live person instead of voicemail they will lie to you, belittle you, and be uncooperative. The receptionists stalled my necessary med refill over a month because they failed to do their paperwork and kept lying about it. Also waited 9 months for them to write referrals and then found out they couldn't be bothered. They will be the cause of a patient lawsuit in a matter of time.
