Dr didn’t even examine me. He refused to treat my xanthelasma. Was referred out of valley to see plastic surgeon. A real disappointment

Was refused medical Treatment Was referred by my PCP, had an outdated but not expired insurance card with my old PCP listed on the card. Receptionist told me that my documents were not valid and that she needed a referral from the doctor on the card. I told her that she needed a referral from my PCP not the doctor on my card and that is what she had. She refused to call in the referral, refused to verify coverage but was eager to show me a lesson for my oversight. She rescheduled my appointment for two month and basically told me that we will try again later and that if I met her prerequisites next time I would see the doctor. I told her that all she needed to do was call in I have insurance, the referral and in the system a referral number for this visit, she did not even try Dr Peacock, I left your office in need of medical treatment, why do you do this to your patients?

After Dr. Peacock performed Outpatient surgery on right tear duct and removed scar tissue due to a broken nose, I was relieved of my tearing symptoms and my wife says that my snoring has become very minimal. I surely appreciate how he helped me feel better.
