I received a voicemail stating that Dr Scott staff stating she was out on medical leave I reached out to the number that was left for me to contact. I the person in scheduling transferred me the actual office! The girl that answered the phone laughed as it was a joke when I expressed my dissatisfaction of the appointment being canceled and how I scheduled this appointment in October and I had been waiting and waiting and how this appointment was extremely important. The girl that actual answered the phone in the office laughed at me and hung up on me. If I could give them a zero I would. This is not how you treat someone that has been waiting months to see a doctor especially a potential patient! I called back spoke to someone that should be the office manger but all she can do was apologize and say she will look into it. I am very displeased and disappointed on how I was treated!

DR.SCOTT IS VERY A VERY CARING AND A GREAT DR. SHE ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO NOT ONLY GREET ME WHEN SHE COMES IN THE ROOM, SHE ALSO TAKE THE TIME TO JUST HOLD A QUICK CATCH UP CONVO. TO SOME THAT MAY NOT MEAN ANYTHING BUT FOR ME THAT SHOWS A LEVEL OF COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM. HER MANNERISM'S ARE JUST THE ICING ON THE CAKE. OVERALL SHE'S KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, AND SHE ALWAYS ADDRESSES MY CONCERNS. I TRULY APPRECIATE HER!

I was referred to Dr. Scott by my PC doctor. Dr. Scott is very knowledgeable of Fibrods. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident with the procedure she was going to perform. She also informed me of other Women Wellness care that I was not knowledgeable of and I'm 48 years old. Dr. Scott is very friendly, professional, and she cares..

I moved to St. Louis 5 years ago and have been going to Dr. Scott ever since. She has been wonderful! I have some Thyroid and hormone issues and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the care I need. I look forward to our appointments every year and recommend her to all of my friends!
