I would recommend her to anyone.
After seeing 5 other primary care doctors after moving to this area I am grateful for her. She is personable and stays on top of things.

DO NOT come to this doctor
Please for your own health and safety DO NOT go to dr. Rigali. I was In a car accident and Dr. Rigali was my primary care doctor at the time, and she completely missed my injuries and told me “at some point you need to move on and get on with life” over a video consultation where I explained that my entire body was in pain and I felt like my arm was not attached to my body. She sent me back to work even though I explicitly told her I was not ready. Two weeks after being sent back, I got shingles for the third time. I lost my job, which was what finally prompted me to go to see other doctors. Come to find out, I had a cracked rib, completely torn shoulder labrum, partially torn hip labrum, a piece of cartilage in my hip that broke off and a severely sprained ankle. I had shoulder surgery and am currently waiting on hip surgery. It is almost two years since the accident and I am still recovering all because she wouldn’t listen to me saying I was in pain and dismissed me.

She should NOT be a doctor. I saw this doctor for some stomach discomfort and she rushed me through the entire appointment like I didn't matter. I had a few questions due to some concerns. While I was asking my questions, she said she needed to go to pick up her children from a program or something and needed to go. How unprofessional!! She was RUDE, COLD and CARELESS. I don't understand how she has 3.4 rating. Her rating should be 0. I wish I could give her zero stars because she deserves none.

I wish they had a NO star option because leaving one star is far too gracious. .Not thorough and careless, too many mistakes, misdiagnosed due to her careless ways. Typical Lahey Clinic Dr. Do yourself a favor and make the trip into Boston to avoid these type of shenanigans . You can't put a price tag on your health.

If I could give Dr. Rigali ZERO STARS I would!!!! I highly recommend you see another doctor. She is not thorough. She is not on top of her game. I would never return to see her! My grandmother went to see her more than once for a cough. On her last visit she didn't even check her temperature and she had a fever with very low oxygen. She didn't want to send her to the hospital but we insisted. Now she has been admitted and diagnosed with Pneumonia and a fever that won't go away.
