She has a terrible bedside manner. Does not return calls for me or my spouse who is also a patient. Does NOT do virtual visits. Have been told to go to the walk in. Difficult to get perscriptions refilled and they don't return phone calls after multiple messages.

Very pleasant, I always look forward to seeing Dr Coello. She heard a problem with my heart and by sending me to the cardiologist she saved my life. Very grateful for her.

Dr Coella is my grandma's primary care Dr. She is rude and doesn't take the time to listen to her concerns. She is hard of hearing and the Dr will not speak up or face her when speaking. She always has her head turned away. It takes me being present for her to treat her with any respect. Why are you even a Dr? Do better!

Dr. Coello is like seeing Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. She seems to be a good doctor and I used her for several years, but her people skills are severely lacking. Some visits she is very friendly and eager to help. Other visits, she belittles, gets angry and snippy, gets on to you for stupid questions, etc. I never knew which doctor would walk through the door and eventually had to find a new provider.

I have been going to Watson Clinic for many years. Dr. Cello is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. I am thankful for a Dr who doesn't push pills. I have and will continue to recommend her. The staff is awesome and friendly. I appreciate them.

I have seen Dr. Cello for Almost two years and find her to be very thorough in her exams. She asks a lot of questions and gives helpful advice. I feel very secure knowing I'm under her care. I have never had a problem she didn't address or send me for further tests.

Terrible! Worst bedside manner. She doesn't even look at you. Will spend less than 5 minutes with you. It's like getting a prescription from a grumpy ATM.
