I would leave negative stars if I could.
I had the misfortune of speaking with Dr. Wilcoxson as she was my father’s doctor in the emergency room. I’m not sure about her medical expertise as I was not there to see her in action. However I did speak with her on the phone as I was traveling to get to the emergency room. This is where she answered the call as if I was a burden on her day and she knew who and why I was calling because the nurses informed her. Instead she very rudely and disrespectfully informed me that my dad was gone. I don’t want to repeat the words she said but it was no way to tell a daughter that her dad had passed. And in the most arrogant tone. And then after informing me I tried to ask questions and she didn’t even want to be bothered to respond to a couple questions about my dad. I had asked to be transferred to the room to check on my stepmom who was there and she just said snapped at me and said fine. There was no sympathy or condolences offered at all.
