Dr. Lesley Kassicieh, MD

Dr. Kassicieh has been a life saver for our daughter. She has been struggling for years with different dx's from OCD, PTSD, Anxiety. She was even in a partial day program for a few months for OCD. After a lot of struggles and my daughters declining mental health, she was evaluated for ASD. We worked with a few providers to confirm the DX and then were transferred to Dr Kassicieh. He is the only provider my daughter has felt comfortable talking with and it has opened up a whole new world of care for her. We have tried several providers for years and no one has been able to get my daughter to talk about what she is feeling in her body enough to provide quality care. I am so thankful for Dr Kassicieh. He has put us on the right path to get our daughter care. He has work with us to try and better support our daughter.

He is the only child psych provider you can see if you have Kaiser Washington and he's terrible with kids and teens. He 'treats' OCD but clearly doesn't know much about current best practices, and won't prescribe industry best practice meds or doses. Would not recommend for anyone with a struggling child, especially one with OCD.

Easy to talk to, seems like he really cares. It's hard to find someone to talk to about the hard things and I tend to play things off like it's not a big deal but he knows better. Very helpful. Definitely would recommend giving him a try.

It didn't take long at all after sitting down for him to say I shouldn't be on my ADHD medication that I've been on for years, before telling me multiple of my diagnoses and reasons for even visiting him were false and my problem was really depression+anxiety, not psychosis. Recommended I do DBT therapy instead of medication. Even suggested I shouldn't be on my antipsychotics even though I have shown inability to be off of them in my state. Left more hopeless than I already was..
