Damaged my health.
I kept seeing doctor with a serious my stomach issues. She didn't pay attention to it. No any tests prescribed. I ended up in ER and was diagnosed with stomach ulcer. Still, I went back to her. She changed my medicine and scared me away with a test that she is not able to perform due to my esophagus condition. I ended up with a heavy bleeding from my stomach. My family rushed me in ER again. NOT Good Samaritan! I received excellent care there. I was told that I don't have any esophagus condition. PLEASE do not choose this doctor if you have any digestive problems. She has NO knowledge as a professional including poor communication with a patient.

Severely Horrific
I have tried to work with this doctor for months. The staff NEVER calls back. Cancels appointments but never tells you. Nurses are rude and talks down to you. You always have to call to remind them to do something. I needed to set up a new infusion and they waited until the week before to set it up so it wouldn't be done in time. I called daily for three weeks for blood test results, my appointment finally came around, come to find out it was canceled due to an imaginary telehealth appointment. I would give negative stars if possible based on how I've been treated for months. Expect disappointment

Waited 4 months to see her & she canceled day of
I scheduled this 12:15pm appointment for my teen 4 months ago. Today, Good Friday, I received a call at 10:53am telling me that I would need to get my daughter there by 11:45 as the doctor needs to leave early. I stated that my daughter was at school but she gets released at 11:30am today so we would head straight there but might arrive a few minutes after 11:45am. The receptionist got off the call and my phone rang less than 5 minutes later telling me we would have to reschedule our appointment. I am sure her kids have a half day or something but honestly, did her practice not know this in advance. It is highly inappropriate to cancel an appointment that was scheduled 4 months ago less than 1.5 hours in advance of that appointment. I would have understood if it was an emergency but clearly it wasn't or she would have canceled outright. We're all busy. We'll find another gastroenterologist.

I have never experienced so many problems with getting results for tests that have been done, as I have from this practice. It’s now been three days since the results have been in. I suspect it will take longer than that if I don’t hound them for the results. They confirmed the results are in, but still no call. Keeps repeating the same tests for the past two years with still no answer or resolution to my issues. Never explains things well. You have to have a degree to understand what she’s telling you. I am currently looking into a different doctor at a totally different practice.

At a recent first visit, I met with the doctor who ordered lab work which would help determine the need/variety of more testing for my condition. She said she would discuss it when the results were in, directly with me. I was also cautioned to let the office know when the lab work was completed because the lab did not always send results to her office. I had the test done immediately and called the office to advise them of that. Since then, I have had no communication with the office. I have left multiple messages for the doctor and her assistant over the course of 12 days with no replies. I don't know my results nor do I have a course of action. The switchboard confirmed my results were in my file. In my messages, I expressed concerns that my symptoms continued and that I need help. No replies at all. I do not recommend this doctor or this practice. It is highly unprofessional. My internist has recommended another doctor for my care.

I have had many doctors over the years that include, unfortunately, some less than pleasant experiences so I have a few criteria that a doctor needs to possess. Dr. Dawravoo listens to my concerns, answers my questions while not giving the impression that's she's rushing off to the next appointment. She is also cautious and thorough. I recommend her without hesitation.
