Dr. Leopoldo Grauer, MD

He was knowledgeable, efficient and to the point.

Dr. Grauer, and his staff were extrememly polite, and willing to answer any questions with certainty, and understanding. Dr. Grauer was eager to ease any anxiousness on my part, spoke in terms I could understand, and punctual. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

arrived at 8am for my appt. waited 40 mins and was given a new patient form(s) to complete. I was told i had to pay a outstanding bill or I would not be allowed to see the dr. paid the bill under protest. The procedure was to be a swallow test and they thought it was for something else. I suggested that they call my dr to get it right. at this point the person called me rude and said do you want to come back another day with a lot of unessary harshness. Then she wanted to scare me by saying I could have colon cancer and that I should really think aboout being nicer. I was done I waited to be judged and told I was being rude when they kept me waiting for 40 mins. I never had an opportunity to meet Dr Grauer and now I never will. I will never go back to this place again. unprofessional office staff will ruin any good business. Good luck but do not go there without knowing you will not be treated with respect.

I was scheduled to see the doctor however he was in & out of the room on his cell phone & did not pay attention to your health care needs & was very brief doctor did not show any empathy at all one of the girls helped me velieve her name was Veronica she does not deserve to work for this horrible man

Have had two colonoscopy procedures with Dr. Grauer. Each time have been impressed with his competency.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Monica on the phone, before my scheduled appointment. After speaking with her, I was at ease. I was in and out of the office in a decent amount of time, which was to my surprise. The office staff was very pleasant, and I was able to actually meet Monica in person, and thanked her for being so courteous. Great office, and great staff!

I had never had gastro issues in the past and was completely thrown by a sudden intestinal problem. Having prior doctors so cold and clinical I was pleasantly surprised to have Dr. Grauer so polite yet easy to talk to about what was happening. He was informative and answered my questions no matter how many I asked. The office staff were all very friendly and diligent in checking on information I had filled out on the forms. Thanks for renewing my respect for doctors and that SOME do care.
