Dr. Leopoldo Cobos, MD

Dr Cobos is very knowledgeable in care, but the office is horrible to work with. Visit notes are not finished in a timely manner and they changed policy and now want cash pay for covered services with insurance.

Awesome Doctor very professional and very informative. He has very strict office policies, which is not a problem, wait time is very minimal. Staff is courteous and friendly.. Highly Recomended

The doctor is great, he always says to call for help, but when you do the staff( old lady) won’t let you speak to him. “Staff” is not responsible for getting your equipment , then they want you to call for appointment reminder and for you to call the insurance company.They even don’t want to give you your medical records.I will be reporting them to medical board for non compliance.

I have been coming to Dr Cobos for more than two years now. He is a doctor who is willing to explain as much as you want to know about your conditions and the treatments he is prescribing. I so appreciate that about him. He is conscious of medicine costs and aware of what insurance is likely to cover and likely to reject. It's a great practice and his staff works really hard too.

Dr Cobos was amazing to work with. His office staff was easy to work with. My wait time for an appointment was minimal. He did a tele-visit with me since I'm out of state. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. His office notes were faxed to me very timely.

Dr cobos and his staff we're very thorough during a very time consuming appointment. There was a lot involved and I was provided with a lot of information that has helped me greatly. I'm extremely grateful to Dr cobos as his expertise has allowed me to proceed with my treatment.

Amazing doctor. Highly recommend. Amazing bedside manner, so helpful to so many patients. He cares, he listens and he's passionate about medicine and the patients he sees. I drive from Dallas to see him for specialized care. His treatment, research and knowledge have changed my life.

I arrived for my appointment and was told since I hadn’t filled out the new patient forms which were never received by the way that I’d have to reschedule for a later date (2 weeks out). I was told that the calls to my number were going strawberry get to voicemail for which I had no recordings from their office. I asked if I could see the Doctor if I filled out the forms right there but was turned away being told the forms need to be filled out before arrival. For this reason I cannot recommend this practice due to these rules and policies in place. I called a Doctor’s office in San Antonio where I was told I could fill out the new patient forms upon arrival at the office or online at their website. What a difference! Hopefully in the future Dr. Cobos or his office manager will realize that turning away new patients is not good for business.
