Waited 1hr 15min before seeing Dr. Echevarria. Arrived 30 min. Early to fill out history & med questionnaire. Sat additional 45 min in exam rm. Started to leave saw 6 empty exam rooms. Dr showed up after my complaints. She told me she didnt know who referred me. She didnt know why i was there. Did not know this information. Did not have my paperwork i filled out in her office. Was unapologetic for her unprofessional behaviour. VERY Complacent . Staff had cell & ins. Info incorrect.
