Absolutely horrific, waiting room like a druggie convention and wait times are insane (one was 7 hours usually 3ish). I can’t imagine that what he does is legal, my pain and stress level through roof the 10 months I was a patient were insane. Thank god I found another real doctor.

I had cancer in 2013 that required a 23 hour surgery and removal of half of my pelvis and leg. I was prescribed a high dose of fentanyl in patch form and was on it for a year. My primary care physician didn’t feel comfortable prescribing it to me any longer cause it was fentanyl and I was experiencing apnea that could last up to two minutes . So she referred me to this man ( Margolin ) . I will not refer to him as a doctor because they take a oath to cause no harm . So he does a urine test on me and I had THC in my system . Which I was up front and honest about . He refused at that point to prescribe any pain meds and left me to literally detox off fentanyl by myself for 9 days . This could have killed me ! Worst days of my life . I ended up on day five going to the ER. Because I was half way through detoxing . The doctors were disgusted with Margolins way of dealing with the situation . If you want someone who will help you don’t go to him !

He gives older patients to many medications. I watched my mom wither away. Office is packed. And awful.

He first has you sit in the waiting room from 45min to 2hrs. Then you are called back were he makes a decision to give you an injection, EMG, and maybe schedules a spinal cord stimulator. You then go back to the waiting room to wait for the procedure except the spinal cord stimulator. You get called back to wait in the procedure room 30min-2hrs, repeat for prescriptions. Shortest appointment 3 1/2hrs for first appointment time of the day to 7hrs left after 9:30pm for a 1:30pm. No exaggeration.

Doctor spent about 10 minutes with me directly, staff was running other first time visit tests like drug test and heart. Problem is that no one answers the phone and after leaving 3 messages if some urgency, no response. I think the doctor is qualified but staff are unprofessional. Office and waiting area is very unappealing and uncomfortable.
