Bad start and poor communication on test results
Long story, have cancer diag that will require surgery very soon. Dr. was sick on first visit, did not see him. Found out he was going on vac to the end of July when I called complaining that I had no results from the first two tests I took. Luckily Dr was in the office when I was there doing the tests and spoke with him for the first time briefly. After discussing family serious heart issues he ordered another test to be done on 7-12. He said I should get results from test I did that day on Fri same wk. Called on Tues next week since not heard anything and was told they had a power outage on Fri. Why could they not call on Mon or Tues? Why I had to call? AGAIN, I HAVE CANCER AND NEED TO KNOW IF HEART CONDITION BEFORE SURGERY! It is now 7-19 and I have yet to hear the test results from 7-12. Was told on the test day that it would take 2 days for results. Cannot trust my life in their hands. Giving me additional stress when I have life changing decisions to make. Unacceptable!
