I did a walk-in to urgent care and was given Frank. He didn't fully come into the room. He closed the door and stood next to it, so that he could make a quick exit. There was no real dialog. He just asked what was the problem. I described the basic problem, but there are some possibly important details that I didn't get to. He just sort of left, came back with a prescription, and left to see the next patient. He didn't hear my full situation, neither did he stick around to explain his diagnosis.
