Dr. Leonard Confident, MD

I never heard of a doctor's office that loses your bloodwork, but that happened to me. Went back to have replacement blood drawn. It did come back and the news was not good, but 2 weeks had gone by. The doctor knew my insurance company had set a deadline for results. Next disappointment, doctor missed deadline by over a week even with a personal trip by me to remind him. My insurance was canceled. I was in the middle of other specialized medical services, now with no insurance. By the time my insurance was restored complications arouse. 1 Year later, I continue to suffer consequences from the buffoonery and mishandling of my test results to this day. It is my experience, that the doctor is careless, thoughtless and irresponsible. My advice? Stay away!

First of all. Can not remember last time I was greeted in waiting area by the 'Dr' himself. But Dr. Confident did. His staff was so friendly and you could tell worked as a team. They kid around but take care of patients!! Great experience for me!!

I have had several doctors over the past years, some of whom, I am reluctant to even review because it would be a waste of my time and energy. I have chosen to leave this review because Dr. Confident help to save my life. BEST Dr. I ever had. I was very sick and dying, "no doctor was helping me" I prayed for a new doctor and then I met dr. Confident. Every visit he is caring, professional, attentive, patient, kind. He assured me that he would help me get better. I am a living testimony.

I spent an hour and a half waiting to see the doctor, and when he came in the room he spent a total of three minutes with me. He barely asked any questions about what I came in for, instead just recommending i come back later for tests. Also he didn't want to discuss any basic women's health issues or birth control with me, said he doesn't feel comfortable with that and that I needed to be referred to an OBGYN.

He asks and listens to details. While working with an interpreter, he will ask the same question in different ways to make sure the patient understands. He is a Deaf friendly doctor.

I have only known 3 doctors in my whole life that actually cared for their patients and he is one of them. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to properly diagnose and discuss treatment if needed. He makes me feel like a human being and not a dollar bill when I walk through the door.
