Would only prescribe pain meds if open to regular invasive epidurals for spinal stenosis & osteoarthritis of the spine. Claimed their philosophy is to treat “the cause of the pain with multimodality.” Advised me to go to my PCP for pain mgmt with meds. Would not recommend unless patient is open to regular invasive procedures. Very difficult to get through phone lines.

Doesn't manage pain
I've been going to this office for a few months now. Their proceedures are not helping in the least. It's nothing more than a factory line. My last proceedure had to be stopped because it was causing me so much pain I passed out.

My wife has been to this fellow three times. Her pain in her knees{arthritis} is so bad she has a difficult time even getting up from the chair or couch without my assistance. He offered to give her shots but said she needed an MRI first. We asked what can we do until then and he very rudely said he would not prescribe any narcotics. "If thats what you want then you need to go elsewhere." We left his office and would never go back. My wife only wanted something to help with the terrible pain until the shot was available. I would not recommend this so called Dr. to anyone!

I would Recommend DrPerel. The staff has been friendly to me . Only thing is they do not ask for the referral authorization to the office. I have to do that every 6 months . Other than that I have no complaints of Dr Perel or the staff. I do have problems with the door . It is not automatic..I have to have someone let me in and out as I have to use a electric scooter...

He is not a caring doctor. Took me off my oxycodone after years on it through him. I also take klonopin at night for anxiety, which he knew about but now says I have to go off one because of possible interactions. After all these years and no problems? Only gave me one month of oxy to taper with. Didn't offer any other med to help me through it. Guess I'll have to live with my pain or find a better more caring doctor. He's not a caring doctor!

I need to agree with earlier post. The staff is horrible!! I never even met the doctor. I had an appointment scheduled out where I live. I was early for the 1st app. because I will need to fill out paperwork. The receptionist told me that my appointment was at the Flamingo location (which is 30 min from me) I told her that I am 100 percent sure that i was scheduled at the Smoke Ranch location and that there was a mistake. I told her I would find a new doctor and she shrugged it off like whatever

Dr. Perel is amazing, however the stuff is not. They don't do their job ( requesting insurance authorizations) and when you call them they keep you on hold forever and they tell you they did send papers in to insurance when in fact they didn't. They put you on hold forever and then they hang up on you hoping you get tired of calling. I tried to talk to the office manager, they told me her name is Kelli but she is never available. I wonder if the doctor knows what is happening in his office.
