Had a 3:30 apt at 4:40 still had not seen Dr. no one was in waiting room when I arrived at 3:15. Terrible experience I just finally left I had a 1hour 15 min drive home I would not recommend him to anyone. My first visit I was left in a empty room for 30 min before someone finally told me I was supposed to be in X-RAY , you would think that may have been helpful information to begin with . Definitely will find another Dr.

Dr. Costa has managed my 92-yr-old mother's severely degenerated knees and old rotator cuff tear for over a year and in so doing has so substantially improved her quality of life it's almost beyond measure. An intelligent, kind, competent, thoughtful man, always engaged with patients, family, and staff, Dr. Costa is exemplary in every way and the best thing to ever happen to the Moberly area orthopedic scene--which of course threw him out. His loss is a catastrophe; we won't be staying local.

Dr. Costa (and staff) is by far amongst the best in his fields locally, let alone in the medical field. Patient care is beyond reproach, bedside manner is stellar, and treatment recommendations are an excellent balance of conservative yet aggressive. He takes into consideration the entirety of the patient when recommending treatment, making sure it is the most appropriate approach for the individual. I'm picky when it comes to physicians, especially for family; I've never been more pleased!

Dr Costa is a most knowledgeable doctor in the othropeadic field to date. His scholastic credentials are impeccable. I did quite a bit of research in choosing my othropeadic doctor. Dr. Costa is not only a gifted surgeon, he has a terrific bedside manor. He has, what I consider, to be a very important skill, that of listening to his patient. I trust him with my life. He uses his skills in a very cautious way to mend and heal. If it doesn't need surgery he will not just cut. Considers all options
